実店舗の営業について

新型コロナウイルス感染予防対策として、当面の間は完全予約制にて、
2020年6月6日(土)から実店舗の営業を再開させていただきます。
お客様にはご不便とご迷惑をおかけしますが、何卒ご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

全店舗、1枠30分間隔(制限時間は特にありません)で3組ずつのお客様を承る「 完全予約制 」といたします。
30分を過ぎてもお買い物は可能ですが、次のお客様が入店されます。ご配慮とご協力の程お願い申し上げます。
ご来店の際は下記の店舗予約からご予約をお願いいたします。
ご友人・ご家族の方とご一緒に入店は可能ですが混雑を避けるため1組2人迄でお願い致します。
点数制限のある商品については、ご予約されたお客様のみご購入できます。

自由が丘店、九品仏店と2店舗ありますのでお間違えないようご注意ください。

無断キャンセルはお避けください。無断キャセルをしますと次回から予約ができなくなる恐れがございます。
また同日に同一店舗で複数回予約された場合、先に予約された分はキャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。同一店舗のご予約は1日1回でお願い致します。

There are two stores, Jiyugaoka store and Kuhombutsu store, so please be careful not to make a mistake. Please avoid canceling without permission. If you use the cell without permission, you may not be able to make a reservation from the next time.

1. [ 1 ] スタッフはマスク着用で接客させていただきます。また、ご来店されるお客様におかれましても必ずマスクをご着用くださいますようお願いいたします。
2. [ 2 ] 手指消毒液を設置、店頭の定期的な消毒、及び営業時間中の換気を実施いたします。
3. [ 3 ] 全店舗、30分間隔で3組のお客様を承る「 完全予約制 」といたします。30分を過ぎてもお買い物は可能ですが、次のお客様が入店されます。ご来店の際は下記の店舗予約からご予約をお願いいたします。ご友人・ご家族の方とご一緒に入店は可能ですが1組お2人迄でお願い致します。
   点数制限のある商品については、ご予約されたお客様(1名様分の点数)のみご購入できます。

All stores will accept a set of customers every 30 minutes, “reservation required”. You can still shop after 30 minutes, but the next customer will enter the store. When you come to the store, please make a reservation from the store reservation below. It is possible to enter the store with friends and family, but please allow up to 2 people. Items with a limited number of points can only be purchased by customers who have made a reservation.

2. [ 2 ] 予約可能な日時からお選びください。 展示の内容によって、予約可能な時期が変わる場合がございます。

[1] For the reservation status, select the desired store name from the bar below. Please choose from the dates and times when you can make a reservation. [2] Please note that the reservation status will not be displayed if the store you wish to visit is “All stores you wish to visit”. [3] There are two stores, Jiyugaoka store and Kuhombutsu store, so please be careful not to make a mistake.
