実店舗の営業について

新型コロナウイルス感染予防対策として、当面の間は完全予約制にて、
2020年6月6日(土)から実店舗の営業を再開させていただきます。
お客様にはご不便とご迷惑をおかけしますが、何卒ご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

全店舗、1枠30分間隔で2組ずつのお客様を承る「 完全予約制 」といたします。
30分を過ぎてもお買い物は可能ですが、次のお客様が入店されます。ご配慮とご協力の程お願い申し上げます。
ご来店の際は下記の店舗予約からご予約をお願いいたします。
ご友人・ご家族の方とご一緒に入店は可能ですが混雑を避けるため2人迄でお願い致します。
ご来店時にご本人確認のため身分証明証(顔写真付)のご提示をお願いする場合がございます。予めご了承下さい。
点数制限のある商品については、ご予約されたお客様のみご購入できます。長谷川風子さんの作品購入は会期中１回の来店でお願い致します。

自由が丘店、九品仏店と2店舗ありますのでお間違えないようご注意ください。
無断キャンセルはお避けください。無断キャセルをしますと次回から予約ができなくなる恐れがございます。
また同日に同一店舗で複数回予約された場合、先に予約された分はキャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。同一店舗のご予約は1日1回でお願い致します。

There are two stores, Jiyugaoka store and Kuhombutsu store, so please be careful not to make a mistake. Please avoid canceling without permission. If you use the cell without permission, you may not be able to make a reservation from the next time.

1. [ 1 ] スタッフはマスク着用で接客させていただきます。また、ご来店されるお客様におかれましても必ずマスクをご着用くださいますようお願いいたします。
2. [ 2 ] 手指消毒液を設置、店頭の定期的な消毒、及び営業時間中の換気を実施いたします。
3. [ 3 ] 全店舗、30分間隔で2組のお客様を承る「 完全予約制 」といたします。30分を過ぎてもお買い物は可能ですが、次のお客様が入店されます。ご来店の際は下記の店舗予約からご予約をお願いいたします。ご友人・ご家族の方とご一緒に入店は可能ですがお2人迄でお願い致します。 点数制限のある商品については、ご予約されたお客様のみご購入できます。

All stores will accept a set of customers every 30 minutes, “reservation required”. You can still shop after 30 minutes, but the next customer will enter the store. When you come to the store, please make a reservation from the store reservation below. It is possible to enter the store with friends and family, but please allow up to 2 people. Items with a limited number of points can only be purchased by customers who have made a reservation.

2. [ 2 ] 来店希望の店舗が「すべての来店希望の店舗」では予約状況は表示されませんので、ご注意ください。
3. [ 3 ] 自由が丘店、九品仏店と2店舗ありますのでお間違えないようご注意ください。
