実店舗の営業について

当店は「事前予約制」にて営業しております。
お客様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。ご来店の際には、ゆったりとお買い物をお楽しみいただけましたら幸いです。

各店舗とも、1枠30分間隔で3~4組ずつまでのご予約を承っております。
お時間の制限はございませんので、30分を過ぎても安心してお買い物いただけますが、次のお客様がご入店されます。混雑緩和のため、ゆずり合いのご協力とご配慮をお願いいたします。

ご来店を希望される方は、大変お手数ですが下記の各店舗ページよりご予約をお願いいたします。
ご友人やご家族とご一緒のご来店も可能ですが、混雑を避けるため1組2名様まででお願いしております。

また、点数制限のある商品につきましては、ご予約いただいたご本人様のみ（1名様分の点数内で）ご購入いただけます。 ご同行者様もそれぞれお一人様分の点数をご希望の場合は、恐れ入りますが、別々にご予約をお願いいたします。

Our physical stores operate on a reservation-only basis.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding. We hope you will enjoy a pleasant and relaxed shopping experience during your visit.
Each store accepts 3–4 groups per 30-minute time slot.
There is no strict time limit, so you may continue shopping beyond 30 minutes. However, as the next customers will be entering, we kindly ask for your consideration and cooperation in avoiding extended stays to help ease congestion.
If you wish to visit, please complete your reservation through the links provided for each store below. You are welcome to visit with friends or family, but to ensure a comfortable environment, we ask that you limit your group to 2 people per reservation.
For items with purchase limits, only the person who made the reservation may purchase within their allocated limit.If accompanying guests also wish to make purchases within their own limits, we kindly ask that they make separate reservations.

当店は「自由が丘店」と「九品仏店」の2店舗がございます。ご予約の際お間違えないようご注意ください。

無断キャンセルはお避けください。無断キャンセルをしますと次回から予約ができなくなる恐れがございます。
また同日に同一店舗で複数回予約された場合、先に予約された分はキャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。同一店舗のご予約は1日1回でお願いいたします。

   展示の内容によって、予約可能な時期が変わる場合がございます。
