実店舗の営業について

事前の予約制にて実店舗の営業をさせていただいております。 お客様にはご不便とご迷惑をおかけしますが、何卒ご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。ご来店の際はお楽しみいただけましたら幸いです。

全店舗、1枠30分間隔で3~4組ずつのお客様を承る「 予約制 」といたします。
特に制限時間はありません。30分を過ぎてもお買い物は可能ですが、次のお客様が入店されます。ご配慮とご協力の程よろしくお願い申し上げます。
ご来店を希望される方は大変お手数ですが、下記の各店舗のリンクからご予約手続きをお願いいたします。
ご友人・ご家族の方とご一緒に入店は可能ですが混雑を避けるため1組2人迄でお願い致します。
点数制限のある商品については、ご予約されたお客様(1名様分の点数)のみご購入できます。

All stores operate on a reservation basis, accommodating 3-4 groups of customers every 30 minutes. There’s no strict time limit, so you can continue shopping even after 30 minutes, but the next group of customers will enter. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please make a reservation through the store reservation link below before visiting. You can enter with friends or family, but to avoid congestion, each group is limited to 2 people. For items with quantity limits, only customers with reservations (for one person’s quantity) can purchase them.

自由が丘店、九品仏店と2店舗ありますので、ご予約の際お間違えないようご注意ください。

無断キャンセルはお避けください。無断キャンセルをしますと次回から予約ができなくなる恐れがございます。
また同日に同一店舗で複数回予約された場合、先に予約された分はキャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。同一店舗のご予約は1日1回でお願い致します。

There are two stores, Jiyugaoka store and Kuhombutsu store, so please be careful not to make a mistake. Please avoid canceling without permission. If you use the cell without permission, you may not be able to make a reservation from the next time.

   展示の内容によって、予約可能な時期が変わる場合がございます。
